Our policy makes provision for colleagues to take paid time off to attend medical appointments related to assisted contraception treatment, as well as time off to recover from any such treatments. We also have a provision of up to 5 days’ discretionary paid time off for individuals to accompany an individual undergoing assisted contraception treatment.
