As the Pensions Schemes Bill continues its passage through Parliament, the ABI has outlined the importance of the bill passing in this parliamentary session.
This landmark Bill delivers important reforms to the pensions system, many of which the ABI has long called for.
While we have concerns about aspects of the Bill, the ABI and our members are clear that we want the Bill to pass in this parliamentary session so implementation can begin.
